Roundglass Punjab Hockey Club Academy emerged victorious at the 3rd Hockey India Junior Men Academy Championship 2025 – Zone A & B, securing a 4-0 win over S.G.P.C Hockey Academy in the final. Sukhpreet Singh, Jarman Singh, Sukhmanpreet Singh, and Amandeep were the key scorers for the championship team.
In the battle for third place, Namdhari XI dominated Ghumanhera Risers Academy with a commanding 7-0 triumph. Bihara Singh and Gurdayal Singh each scored twice, with additional goals from Vikram, Nikhil, and Sehajpreet Singh.
Earlier, Roundglass Punjab Hockey Club Academy and S.G.P.C. Hockey Academy advanced to the finals after winning their respective semi-final matches. The former secured an 8-1 victory over Ghumanhera Riser’s Academy, while the latter won 2-1 against Namdhari XI.
Roundglass Punjab Hockey Club Academy also claimed the 3rd Hockey India Sub Junior Men Academy Championship 2025 – Zone A & B title, defeating Army Boys Sports Company in the final. Sail Hockey Academy secured third place by defeating Ritu Rani Hockey Academy 7-0.
