Makhanlal Sarkar, a senior BJP member in West Bengal, expressed concerns about the state’s condition under the Trinamool Congress government led by Mamata Banerjee. He highlighted the significance of the BJP’s recent triumph in the Assembly polls, stating that the party’s success saved Bengal. Sarkar, who shares ideological similarities with PM Modi due to their RSS background, emphasized their commitment to upholding the nation’s honor.

Sarkar underscored the BJP’s “Bharatvadi” stance over being “Hindutvavadi” and praised the party’s landslide victory in West Bengal. He criticized the alleged hooliganism in the state and referenced the challenges faced by minorities in Bangladesh. Additionally, Sarkar condemned controversial statements made by Trinamool Congress leader Firhad Hakim regarding religious conversions and demographics.

The senior BJP worker commended PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for their efforts in West Bengal. He urged the new Bengal CM, Suvendu Adhikari, to prioritize safeguarding the country’s Constitution. Sarkar credited the RSS ideology for the party’s success in the state and described the victory as a win for India. He also raised concerns about atrocities against women and forced conversions, pointing to improvements in Uttar Pradesh under BJP rule.
