The shooting for director Rathna Kumar’s upcoming film ’29 The Film’, starring Vidhu and Preethi Asrani, has concluded. Rathna Kumar shared the news on social media, celebrating the completion with a cake and a pumpkin-crushing ceremony. Actress Preethi Asrani had earlier revealed her character in the movie as VIJI.

The film garnered attention with its title teaser featuring 29-year-old men sharing about themselves. Produced by G Squad and Stone Bench Productions, the movie is a romantic entertainer. Director Rathna Kumar mentioned that the film emphasizes romance over comedy, unlike his previous work.

’29 The Film’ also stars Master Mahendran, Avinash, Shenaz Fathima, and Premkumar. Co-directed by Mathankumar, the movie features music by Sean Roldan and cinematography by Madhesh Manickam.
