The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, in a meeting in Ayodhya, has postponed the selection of its first Chief Executive Officer by a month. However, they have named a spokesperson to manage the temple’s communication amid donation embezzlement concerns. The Trust has also appointed a full-time General Secretary and restructured its religious committee to ensure the authenticity of rituals within the temple complex.

The newly formed religious committee includes nine members, such as Jagadguru Shankaracharya Jyotishpeethadhipati and Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj. The process of choosing the CEO is expected to take around a month due to the high number of applications received. The selection committee is currently evaluating applications to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications.

An official statement mentioned that the committee responsible for selecting the CEO requested an extra month to review applications thoroughly. The Board of Trustees agreed to this extension considering the significance of the task and the current circumstances. The Trust highlighted ongoing efforts to fill vacant trustee positions, indicating that completing these tasks will require a few more weeks.

Despite facing negative propaganda and allegations, the number of pilgrims visiting the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple for darshan remains consistent. The Trust emphasized that this demonstrates the unwavering faith of millions of devotees in Lord Ram, unaffected by baseless accusations and misinformation.
