In a discussion with ‘Female First UK,’ SZA questioned the idea of continuing her lineage, stating her uncertainty about starting a family. She contemplated whether she truly desired to pass on the magic and love or if it marked the end of a karmic cycle. SZA disclosed on the SHE MD podcast in March 2024 that she had considered fostering and co-parenting with her best friend, although her friend initially declined the proposal due to other commitments.
Having been in an 11-year relationship with an undisclosed former fiancé, SZA rarely delves into her past romantic life. However, she acknowledged in an interview with Zane Lowe that her ex-fiancé, who significantly influenced her musical journey, played a pivotal role in her career development.
