Actress Soha Ali Khan paid tribute to her late father, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, on his birthday by visiting Kolkata’s Eden Gardens stadium. She shared a video reminiscing about her father and the 1974 Test against West Indies. Soha expressed her emotions on Instagram, highlighting her father’s cricketing legacy at the iconic ground.

On his birth anniversary, Soha recalled her father’s remarkable performance in the 1974 Test at Eden Gardens. Despite a fractured cheekbone, Pataudi led India to a historic victory against West Indies. She praised his courage and leadership during that memorable match, emphasizing his enduring impact on Indian cricket.

Soha concluded her heartfelt birthday message to her father by acknowledging his enduring presence at Eden Gardens. She fondly remembered his cricketing achievements and expressed gratitude for his influence on her life. Soha’s tribute encapsulated the legacy of Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi as a revered cricketer and loving father.

Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, a former Indian cricket captain, was married to actress Sharmila Tagore on December 27, 1968. The couple has three children – Saif Ali Khan, Soha Ali Khan, and Saba. While Saif and Soha ventured into the entertainment industry like their mother, Saba pursued a career as a jewellery designer.
