In May last year, Yamal extended his contract with the club until 2031, solidifying his long-term association with FC Barcelona. Despite being only 18 years old, he has already amassed over 100 appearances for the first team, setting various records such as being the youngest goalscorer in La Liga, Copa del Rey, and the Super Cup. Additionally, he holds the distinction of being the youngest player to reach 100 appearances for the team.
This season, Yamal has showcased exceptional performance, featuring in 27 matches with 25 starts, scoring 12 goals and providing 12 assists.
