A tragic incident unfolded in Bihar’s East Champaran district as a BA Part III student, Ritesh Kumar Yadav, was fatally stabbed outside AKRR College in Motihari. The victim, aged 25, was attacked by another student, Saroj Rai, shortly after completing his examination on Monday morning. Eyewitnesses reported that the assailant, Saroj Rai, stabbed Ritesh more than 15 times, causing chaos in the vicinity.

The violent attack left Ritesh bleeding profusely near the college gate, leading to his untimely death despite efforts to rush him to a nearby hospital. The police were promptly informed, and the body was taken for post-mortem examination. Superintendent of Police, Swarn Prabhat, visited the crime scene, indicating that the incident may have stemmed from a personal dispute. An FIR has been filed under relevant sections, and a dedicated police team is working to apprehend the suspect.

The shocking daylight murder has instilled fear and raised concerns about student safety and law enforcement in the region, emphasizing the need for enhanced security measures around educational institutions.
