The Tamil Nadu Assembly election trends show a clear lead for the newly-formed Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), indicating a significant shift in the state’s political scenario. Vijay’s father, S.A. Chandrasekhar, mentioned that his son had long aspired to contribute to society and now sees this as the opportune moment. Expressing confidence in Vijay’s leadership abilities, Chandrasekhar believes his son will excel in this role.

Chandrasekhar expressed gratitude towards the people of Tamil Nadu for their overwhelming support and hopes that the TVK will secure a majority to form the government. Vijay, the TVK chief, is leading in both Perambur and Tiruchirappalli East Assembly constituencies, as per the Election Commission website. In a surprising turn of events, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin of the DMK lost in the Kolathur Assembly constituency, with TVK’s V.S. Babu emerging as the victor.

Another notable win for TVK was Vijay Dhamu, an auto driver, securing victory in the Royapuram constituency, defeating prominent candidates. This victory is seen as a symbol of grassroots empowerment and a call for change by the voters. The TVK’s remarkable performance has garnered praise from various quarters, with congratulatory messages pouring in from political and entertainment personalities.
