Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, the National Working President of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), condemned the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for allegedly pushing their RSS ideologies over the country’s constitutional values. Speaking at an event in Patna, he accused the BJP of divisive politics and inciting communal tensions for political motives. Tejashwi emphasized the importance of national unity to counter such strategies and criticized attempts to influence elections through controversial methods.
Referring to recent events in West Bengal, Tejashwi highlighted the BJP’s alleged desperation to maintain power by resorting to divisive tactics. He recalled the legacy of Lalu Prasad Yadav and stressed the RJD’s commitment to opposing divisive policies at all levels. Tejashwi urged unity among communities to thwart efforts aimed at creating divisions and emphasized the need to stand against communal forces.
At the event, Tejashwi Yadav was welcomed by Ali Ashraf Fatmi, the National President of the RJD Minority Cell, and honored by representatives from various communities. Fatmi expressed support for Tejashwi’s leadership and vision, citing the RJD’s advocacy for social harmony and minority rights. Mangani Lal Mandal, the State President of the RJD, highlighted the strong trust minority communities have in both Lalu Prasad Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav, praising their efforts towards employment and social cohesion.
