The Telangana government has established a Cabinet Sub-Committee to devise a 99-day action plan for implementation in various state departments. Chaired by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, the Sub-Committee includes ministers N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Duddilla Sridhar Babu, and Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy.
Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao issued a Government Order appointing the Sub-Committee. The action plan aims to accelerate welfare and development initiatives across the state, emphasizing speed, clarity, and measurable outcomes in departmental operations.
The Sub-Committee’s convenor will be the Principal Secretary of Planning, with participation from relevant departmental officials. The plan will be executed from March 2 to June 9, focusing on key areas like Rural Development, Health, Education, and Tourism, among others.
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will lead a review meeting with Secretaries on February 28, followed by a District Collectors’ conference on March 1. The directive emphasizes the swift transition of development projects from paperwork to on-ground execution for enhanced efficiency.
