A tragic incident occurred in Bihar’s Buxar district, where three teenagers drowned while bathing in the Thora River in Sarasati village. The victims, Samar Kumar Sharma (13), Krishna Ram (15), and Dharmveer Kumar (14), were residents of the village. The boys had gone to the river to cool off from the summer heat without informing their families.
The situation turned fatal when Samar, Krishna, and Dharmveer got into difficulty while bathing in the river. Their friend, Kalyan Sharma, who was recording a video, realized the seriousness of the situation and sought help from villagers. Despite rescue efforts, all three boys were declared dead upon arrival at Sadar Hospital.
The tragic deaths of these teenagers have deeply affected the village, leaving their families and residents in mourning. The local police confirmed that the cause of death was drowning and have initiated legal procedures after the post-mortem examinations.
