A tragic incident in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, resulted in the deaths of three individuals after a mud wall of a house collapsed, causing a tin shed structure to fall and trapping members of a family underneath. The accident occurred in Atthapura village under the Kurawali police station limits, leading to panic and sorrow in the area. Nearby residents and emergency teams rushed to the scene to assist in the rescue efforts.
The collapse of the mud wall led to the tin shed above it falling, trapping six family members. Three individuals lost their lives immediately, while three others sustained injuries and were taken for medical treatment. The deceased were identified as Ruby (40), Dilip (8), and Devi, daughter of Brajesh, leaving the village in mourning over the sudden and tragic event.
Brajesh (50), Gudiya (15), and Pallavi (5) were among those injured in the collapse. They were rescued from the debris and promptly received medical attention, with their conditions currently being monitored. Police responded swiftly to the incident, conducting necessary legal procedures, including sending the bodies for post-mortem examination and initiating an investigation into the cause of the collapse.
