The Falcons, batting first, posted a strong total of 195/8 in their 20 overs, led by Yash Dubey and Madhav Tiwari’s notable performances.
Yash Dubey and Harshvardhan Hardia’s partnership steadied the Falcons after losing early wickets, with Dubey scoring 54 off 31 deliveries. Madhav Tiwari, the current Orange Cap-holder, played a crucial role with an unbeaten 61 off 28 balls, supported by Ojaswa Yadav and Rishi Miglani, guiding Ujjain to a formidable total.
Bhopal Leopards, in response, started well but fell short, finishing at 179/7 in 20 overs. Madhav Tiwari’s all-round display included two wickets for 26 runs, complemented by Aayush Mankar’s bowling performance. Rewa Jaguars outplayed Indore Pink Panthers in another match, winning by 31 runs at Daly College, Indore. Anant Verma and Sagar Solanki starred for the Jaguars, setting a target of 209/5. Indore Pink Panthers fought hard but were bowled out for 178, with Rewa Jaguars’ bowlers maintaining pressure throughout the game.
