Goyal stated that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and Edappadi Palaniswami’s guidance, the NDA is poised to contest the elections with assurance.
Highlighting his optimism, Goyal affirmed that the NDA is expected to secure a significant mandate in the upcoming elections. He reiterated the alliance’s commitment to defeating the DMK-led front and working towards a prosperous Tamil Nadu. Goyal’s visit to Chennai aimed at enhancing the BJP’s readiness for the forthcoming Assembly polls, including discussions on election preparations and the NDA’s prospects in Tamil Nadu.
Goyal engaged in a detailed review meeting at the BJP’s State headquarters in Thyagaraya Nagar, assessing ground realities, organizational strength, and election strategies. Subsequently, he met with Edappadi K. Palaniswami, General Secretary of the AIADMK, to deliberate on seat-sharing arrangements and alliance strategies for the 2026 elections. The discussions between the two leaders are crucial for strengthening coordination between the BJP and the AIADMK in preparation for the polls.
