Union Minister for Civil Aviation K. Ram Mohan Naidu expressed admiration for the Wings India exhibition, highlighting its significance in showcasing India’s aviation growth. Naidu interacted with industry leaders, innovators, and start-ups, emphasizing the exhibition’s representation of India’s aviation ecosystem’s scale and ambition. He commended the advanced aviation technology and pilot training capabilities demonstrated at the Airbus H125 helicopter simulator.
The minister visited various stalls at the exhibition, including those of HAL, AISEL, Pawan Hans, and other Indian and global aviation entities. Each stall presented cutting-edge solutions across manufacturing, MRO, drones, training, sustainability, and airport infrastructure. Naidu noted the innovation displayed at the exhibition as a reflection of India’s progress towards a globally competitive aviation ecosystem.
With participation from over 120 countries and major global aviation brands, Wings India serves as a platform for collaboration and partnership-building. Naidu highlighted the event’s role in reinforcing India’s position as a key global aviation hub and inspiring confidence in the future of Indian aviation. The exhibition aims to foster knowledge-sharing and partnership-building for safer, smarter, and more connected skies.
