Union Minister for Coal and Mines G. Kishan Reddy criticized the Congress party for not fulfilling its election pledges in Telangana. He cautioned the people of Kerala to be wary of the party’s “fake promises” during the Assembly elections. Reddy highlighted the importance of scrutinizing past actions before trusting similar assurances.
In an open letter to the people of Kerala, Reddy outlined the unmet guarantees and commitments made by the Congress party in Telangana. He emphasized the need for governance that prioritizes development, financial stability, and transparent administration over mere electoral promises. Reddy urged Kerala residents to make informed decisions for the state’s progress.
Referring to Congress’ claims of promise implementation in Telangana through newspaper ads, Reddy advised against falling for such advertisements. He underscored the significance of evaluating the outcomes of promises made in other states before placing trust in similar commitments. Reddy advocated for a prudent and discerning approach towards shaping Kerala’s future.
Reddy asserted that the NDA, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stands as the sole reliable alternative committed to fulfilling promises in Kerala. He appealed to the people to consider giving the BJP-led alliance an opportunity to serve the state. Reddy criticized the Congress government in Telangana for allegedly failing to deliver on its manifesto commitments and questioned its support among the populace.
