Vinesh Phogat, in a strong comeback, advanced to the women’s 53kg semifinals at the Asian Games selection trials in New Delhi. Vinesh’s participation in the trials was confirmed only a day before after intervention from the Supreme Court and the Wrestling Federation of India.
