West Ham United secured a goalless draw against Crystal Palace, pushing them two points above the Premier League’s relegation zone. Meanwhile, Wolverhampton Wanderers’ fate was sealed as they are now confirmed for relegation to the Championship. West Ham currently sits in 17th place with 33 points, while Palace holds the 13th spot with 43 points.

The match saw both teams missing key opportunities in the first half. Despite efforts from Brennan Johnson and Konstantinos Mavropanos, the game remained scoreless. Palace thought they had broken the deadlock through Ismaila Sarr, but the goal was disallowed due to a handball in the build-up by Jean-Philippe Mateta.

West Ham continued to press forward in the second half, with Maxence Lacroix making a crucial block to deny Valentin Castellanos. The game saw controversial moments, including muted penalty claims for West Ham. Ultimately, the match ended in a draw, leaving West Ham relieved to secure a point.
