New Delhi, April 9 (IANS) The voter turnout in Assam Assembly elections was recorded at 38.92 per cent as of 11 a.m. on Thursday, according to data shared by the Election Commission of India (ECI). In Kerala, the turnout was recorded at 33.28 per cent while in Puducherry, it was 37.06 per cent.
