Bengaluru, June 3 (IANS) Lok Bhavan and its surrounding areas have been turned into a police fortress ahead of the swearing-in ceremony of D.K. Shivakumar as Chief Minister, along with his Council of Ministers, on Wednesday in Bengaluru.
