Seoul, Jan 28 (IANS) South Korea’s Defence Minister Ahn Gyu-back on Wednesday reiterated the commitment to regaining wartime operational control (OPCON) of South Korean troops from Washington, vowing to accelerate efforts this year for the planned transfer.
