Kochi, June 19 (IANS) The Kerala High Court on Friday expressed strong displeasure over the non-appearance of former Principal Secretary, Industries Department (Cashew), Mohammed Hanish, despite a clear direction to appear before the court in contempt proceedings related to the Kerala State Cashew Development Corporation (KSCDC) corruption case.
