Jaipur, June 3 (IANS) In a major enforcement action against tax evasion, the Enforcement Branch-II of the Commercial Taxes Department has arrested an accused in a GST evasion case involving more than Rs 50 crore.The accused, Mahesh Chand Gupta, was produced before the Special Court (Economic Offences), Jaipur, on Wednesday.
