New Delhi, Feb 9 (IANS) The Supreme Court on Monday declined to interfere with the Delhi High Court’s refusal to suspend the sentence of expelled BJP leader Kuldeep Singh Sengar in the custodial death case of the Unnao rape survivor’s father.
