New Delhi, Dec 26 (IANS) Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar who is also the Chairperson of International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA) on Friday met Indonesian Ambassador Ina H. Krisnamurthi at the poll-panel’s headquarters in New Delhi.
