New Delhi, Jan 3 (IANS) The Delhi High Court is likely to take up on January 5 former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav’s plea against a trial court’s decision to frame cheating, conspiracy and corruption charges against him in the IRCTC scam, a lawyer said on Saturday.
