Bhubaneswar, Feb 13 (IANS) Senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Kanhu Charan Lenka passed away at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on Friday. The veteran leader departed at the age of 86.Lenka enjoyed a distinguished social and political career spanning several decades.
