Bengaluru, July 15 (IANS) Karnataka Leader of the Opposition, R. Ashoka, on Wednesday, alleged that the state government was attempting to issue Permanent Resident Certificates (PRCs) to people from Bangladesh and other countries to create a vote bank and retain voters in the state.
