New Delhi, Jan 21 (IANS) The Intelligence Bureau has advised the security agencies to remain in a state of very high alert ahead of the Republic Day celebrations in Delhi, as a coordinated attack is being planned by the Jaish-e-Mohammad and Al Qaeda.
