Mumbai, Dec 30 (IANS) In a major move ahead of the high-stakes Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), led by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, on Tuesday released its third and final list of candidates.
