Bhopal, April 2 (IANS) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a second supplementary charge sheet before the Special PMLA Court in Bhopal against former IAS officer Arvind Joshi and his wife Tinoo Joshi in a major money laundering case, officials said on Thursday.
