Kochi, May 26 (IANS) In a major setback to expelled Congress councillor M.A. Prashob, the Kerala High Court on Tuesday refused to grant him anticipatory bail in a rape case involving allegations of sexual exploitation of a Dalit woman on the promise of employment and lifelong support.Justice A.
