Mumbai, Feb 10 (IANS) Maharashtra Cultural Affairs Minister Ashish Shelar will visit France to receive the UNESCO World Heritage certificate for 12 forts of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of ‘Hindavi Swarajya’.
