New Delhi, June 30 (IANS) The Delhi Cabinet, headed by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, has approved a proposal to allow non-government entities, NGOs, and institutions to adopt 75 of its monuments, including the Haveli of Mirza Ghalib in Chandni Chowk’s Ballimaran.
