Bengaluru, April 23 (IANS) Karnataka Energy Ministry on Thursday launched Bengaluru Electricity Supply Company’s (BESCOM) ‘HT Mitra’ service request/grievance redressal portal, developed by the utility’s own engineers for its High Tension (HT) consumers.
