Dholera, July 14 (IANS) Union Civil Aviation Minister Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu on Tuesday said around 80 per cent of the construction of Dholera International Airport has been completed, with the Centre aiming to operationalise the facility by September or October after completing construction and securing regulatory approvals.
