Jaipur, June 19 (IANS) As India tightened restrictions on Telegram amid concerns over the NEET-UG re-examination, Rajasthan Police arrested a 19-year-old student from Bhilwara for selling fake question papers through a Telegram channel named ‘Paper Mafia’.
