Ujjain, April 3 (IANS) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, on Friday, announced ambitious plans to develop Ujjain as the global “Time Capital” and a modern Science City, while promoting nearby Dongla village as a key centre for astronomical time calculation.
