Authorities in J&K Crack Down on Drug Peddlers and Narcotics in Ongoing Campaign

Srinagar, June 1 (IANS) Authorities in J&K said on Monday that during the 50 days of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Abhiyaan, 1,018 drug peddlers were held, 241 kg of narcotics were recovered, and properties worth over Rs 200 crore were targeted. Officials said the security and enforcement agencies arrested 1,018 alleged drug peddlers, seized 341 kilograms of narcotics, and launched action against drug-linked assets worth over Rs 200 crore during the first 50 days of the campaign.Describing the driv…
