Bengaluru, April 15 (IANS) In a major development, the Special Court for MLAs/MPs in Bengaluru on Wednesday held senior Congress MLA and former minister Vinay Kulkarni guilty in the murder case of BJP leader and Zilla Panchayat member Yogesh Gowda.
