Chennai, Jan 18 (IANS) The Tamil Nadu government has successfully delivered the Pongal gift to a vast majority of eligible households this year, with official data showing that 2.15 crore rice ration cardholders — about 97 per cent of the total 2.22 crore eligible families — have already received the benefit.
