New Delhi, March 5 (IANS) The Change of Guard Ceremony, which takes place every Saturday at the Forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan, will shift to a new timing of 8 to 9 a.m. from March 7, the President’s Secretariat said on Thursday.
