New Delhi, March 12 (IANS) As many as 3.54 crore (18.29 per cent) rural households are still without tap water supply, with Kerala and Jharkhand being the top two states with the highest percentage of (over 44 per cent) village homes waiting for the facility, the Lok Sabha was informed on Thursday.Minister of State for Jal Shakti, V.
