Amaravati, Jan 3 (IANS) The All India Congress Committee has appointed presidents of District Congress Committees of Andhra Pradesh. AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge approved the proposal for the appointment of presidents of the District Congress Committees of Andhra Pradesh, AICC General Secretary K. C.
