New Delhi, Feb 28 (IANS) The Intelligence agencies have flagged concerns over the revival of the Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind (AGuH), an outfit that has close links with Al-Qaeda.The outfit was formed by Zakir Rashid Bhat in July 2017 in Jammu and Kashmir.
