Our rejuvenating *day-long yoga retreat* is thoughtfully designed to offer a holistic experience, enhancing mind-body connection and promoting deep relaxation. The retreat is divided into two enriching sessions:
Morning Session: XL Yoga Class
In the tranquil setting of our retreat, the morning session kicks off with an invigorating XL Yoga Class. This extended session begins with a grounding breath work meditation and intention setting, setting the tone for a transformative experience. The Vinyasa Flow session that follows caters to individuals of all levels, offering a variety of modifications to suit individual abilities. The class culminates in a series of powerful breathing exercises, seamlessly transitioning into a blissful relaxation phase.
Afternoon Session: Myofascial / Yin Nidra
Following a nourishing lunch together, the afternoon session commences with a Myofascial Release using therapy balls, aimed at releasing tension and promoting deep muscle relaxation. Participants then transition into a gentle Yin Yoga practice, fostering flexibility and inner peace. The session concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, facilitating a profound shift from external distractions to internal serenity, leaving you rejuvenated and centered.

What to Bring
While all necessary equipment is provided, we recommend bringing your own yoga mat for personalized comfort. To enhance your relaxation experience, consider bringing a cozy blanket and thick socks. As we come together for a shared lunch, vegetarian options such as salad and hummus will be provided. Feel free to bring a vegetarian dish to share with fellow participants. Additionally, hot drinks will be available to keep you warm and refreshed throughout the day.
