Comedy fans, rejoice! Kapil Sharma is all set to return to the silver screen with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, a sequel to his blockbuster 2015 debut. As per industry buzz, the film is expected to hit theatres on September 26, 2025—almost exactly a decade after the original film’s release.

A Perfect 10-Year Celebration

While the official release date is yet to be confirmed, sources close to the production hint that September 26 is being seriously considered. The timing is no coincidence—the original Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon hit cinemas on September 25, 2015. With minimal competition expected around that date, the makers are keen to make it a special milestone celebration.

Kapil Sharma’s Multi-Cultural Groom Avatars Create Buzz

To build early excitement, the promotional campaign has kicked off in full swing. Four unique posters have been released, each portraying Kapil Sharma in traditional wedding attire representing different religious communities—Eid, Ram Navami, Baisakhi, and Easter. This creative strategy has sparked widespread speculation that the storyline might explore a multicultural twist on the original comedy.

Plot Rumours: A Hilarious Cultural Mash-Up?

While the full plot remains under wraps, insiders suggest that Kapil’s character could once again find himself entangled in marital confusion—this time with women from four different religious backgrounds. If the rumours hold true, fans can expect a fresh dose of humour, chaos, and cultural color, making for a delightful sequel.

New Direction, Familiar Faces

While Abbas-Mustan, the directors of the first film, are stepping back from the director’s chair, they remain involved as producers. The sequel is being directed by Anukalp Goswami and features Kapil Sharma alongside Manjot Singh in prominent roles. With this mix of old and new, the film aims to preserve the original’s charm while introducing new elements.

What Made the Original a Hit?

The original film was a laughter riot, following a man juggling three wives and a girlfriend, all without them knowing about each other. Its fast-paced comedy and Kapil Sharma’s comic timing won over audiences across the country.

High Expectations for the Sequel

Given the massive success of the first film and the strong nostalgia factor, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 carries high expectations. If the early posters and storyline rumours are anything to go by, the sequel could deliver another memorable ride of confusion, comedy, and cultural crossover.

With the potential September release fast approaching, fans are eagerly awaiting more updates, teasers, and of course—the trailer!
