16th Hockey India Sub Junior Women National Championship 2026: Le Puducherry and Kerala Hockey Secure Wins

On the fourth day of the 16th Hockey India Sub Junior Women National Championship 2026 in Ranchi, Jharkhand, Le Puducherry Hockey and Kerala Hockey emerged victorious in Division ‘C’. Le Puducherry Hockey dominated with a 10-0 win against Hockey Rajasthan in Pool B, Division ‘C’, with multiple players contributing to the goals.

In another Division ‘C’ match, Kerala Hockey defeated Telangana Hockey 4-1 in Pool A. The scorers for Kerala included Parameswari Pinapothula, Niranjana Pradeep, and Captain Reshma Samad, while Anandi Mahanand scored for Telangana. Goans Hockey and Hockey Jammu and Kashmir topped Pool A and B standings in Division ‘C’.

Moving to Division ‘B’, Hockey Chandigarh and Hockey Uttarakhand ended in a 2-2 draw in Pool B. Annu scored twice for Hockey Chandigarh, and Captain Minakshi and Gungun Katariya netted for Hockey Uttarakhand. Meanwhile, Hockey Himachal secured a 3-1 victory over Hockey Karnataka, with Shanvi Sharma and Arushi among the scorers.

The Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu displayed a strong performance with a 5-1 win against Assam Hockey in their Division ‘B’ match. Jonishadefny MJ scored a hat-trick, while Captain Kanishka S.S. and G Swathi also found the net. Lastly, Delhi Hockey triumphed over Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu Hockey with a 2-1 score, courtesy of goals from Captain Dipika and Aashna Kamboj.
