Aamir Khan’s sports drama “Sitaare Zameen Par” marked its first anniversary since release. Director R. S. Prasanna praised Aamir as a brilliant actor and a strong support system. The movie, a spiritual sequel to “Taare Zameen Par,” is a remake of the 2018 Spanish film “Champions.”
In his social media post, Prasanna shared a picture with Aamir, expressing gratitude for their journey together. The film, written by Divy Nidhi Sharma, revolves around a basketball coach, played by Aamir, helping disabled players for a tournament. “Sitaare Zameen Par” also stars Genelia Deshmukh and introduces ten newcomers in key roles.
The technical team behind the movie includes G. Srinivas Reddy as the cinematographer, Charu Shree Roy as the editor, and Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy as the composers. Aamir Khan, known for his upcoming wedding with Gauri Spratt, is set to tie the knot for the third time in a simple ceremony on July 5 this year.
